I am really hoping one of you have the magical cure for a baby that hates her carseat. Since birth, my baby girl has hated that thing. She is now 11 weeks and such a happy baby. The only time she cries is in it. And it's not just crying, it's absolute hysterics. Shaking, screaming, not breathing and sweat pouring down her face.
I avoid driving anywhere because of it. However, I am returning to work soon and will have to drive her 15 mins each way to/from my mom's house. Please help!!!
A little more background info: she can't yet hold her toys very well, she struggles to keep her hands in her mouth when she is in a sitting position, she is insulted by a pacifier..., she is usually ok if my husband or I stay in the back with her. From about 8-10 weeks, she'd be ok alone for a maximum of 15 minutes. Only recently has he been ok with me wearing her. The moby still freaks her out a bit but since I removed the infant insert from the Ergo, she likes going in there.
I am really hoping one of you fabulous women have the magic bullet :)

Am I totally crazy with these plans?
- no stroller. He loves the Ergo back carry and France is not stroller friendly. We have a light umbrella stroller but I hate the idea of hauling it around.
- cloth diapers. He hasn't been in sposies since the hospital and I hate the idea of using them. We've traveled and stayed in hotels without problems before, but never internationally and never this long going from place to place. I figure we can find laundry facilities and since we use flats, air drying is an option.
He has zero interest in the iPad, but lately he loves books, so I'm hoping we can entertain him with them and pick some up along the way. We're just going to try to be flexible with sleep schedules and such. He eats whatever so I'm not worried about food. What else am I missing? Am I going to regret this crazy adventure? I'm probably most worried about the humidity on the east coast and not speaking French :)
For about a year now.. We did clomid and on the fourth (and final) try of it, we got a pregnancy positive! We are super psyched..
When we went Back to our specialist, they took blood and gave us results that day.. HCG - 19, progest. - 5..
So.. enter freakout mode!
Long story short.. We went again this passed Thursday and to our surprise they called and said her HCG - 54 and progest. - 11.5.. She was put on progesterone sups to help..
While the doctor said this is good.. She is still cautiously optimistic..
We are are still freaking out, but feel a tiny bit better..
We are going for another blood test in a couple minutes and our fingers are crossed!!
Has anyone else experienced really low starting levels and seen positive results like this that have continued? We're both like nervous wrecks right now!!
